When I saw this fish on sale in the supermarket, I begged my mother to buy it. But she declined, partly because this fish is so expensive. Seriously, visitors to Singapore should always avoid this dish at all cost. The so-called "Fried Rice" or "Singapore Fried Rice", the ingredients used are so lame that it's a shame to call it fried rice in the first place.
