New Year's Eve was a pretty simple affair this time round. It began with a gathering of friends for potluck followed by fireworks display appreciation at the open space along Marina Boulevard. Thereafter, a drink at Harry's @ The Sail before returning

Managed to catch this from the open space by The Sail and the NTUC building at Marina Boulevard, a surprisingly less crowded area to catch the fireworks. Not a single instance where we needed to squish among the crowds. Great accessibility too, the crowds quickly dissipated after the main event really smoothly. Will probably be there again to catch more fireworks displays.
