You got to be crazy to survive a very fucked up life...if your life is truly fucked up~ 
A lot of parents, maybe almost all of them, have the tendency to "force" their dreams on their children. Some even stop their children from having a dream of their own. A children is an individual, he/she have thoughts and likes of their own. It is totally wrong to control their thinking and told them to do those things you wanna do but not able do it.
Actually we are not afraid of death, we just can't let go some of the things. When one day everything doesn't matters anymore, we are ready to go.
Do not go overboard in handling things, give some leeway for others. Even croupiers in casinos will leave their customers some money to take a cab home.
Its good to have passion for things you like, but try not to be over persistent till it affects your health and relationships with your loves ones...when you are in that situation, stop what you are doing, take a deep breath and look around you. You will find more important things to treasure :) 
Wrong is black and right is white, bad is black and good is white...many people uses only this 2 colours to see the world...To me, the world is grey all along.
