上次煮咖哩鸡失败, 心想要重新煮过。今次，再次的下厨煮咖哩鸡。先准备好田师傅咖哩鸡即煮酱料和包装椰浆把一公斤鸡只切成状块.把几粒土豆切成状块，然后把鸡肉和咖哩鸡酱料，用大火炒５分钟加入400ml的水，用中火再煮３０分钟，至肉和土豆软为止加入椰浆，把咖哩鸡煮滚就可上桌了.最后，终于成功了。我对于这次的咖哩鸡很满意，老婆也赞不绝口呢 ~配白面包吃，一支棒!
