Made it down to Cross Fit Hub today - quite a big turnout today. Warm Up Mobility drills Agility ladder WOD - Death By Thrusters For the 1st minute, do 1 thruster. Then in the second minute, do 2 thrusters, and so on. When you are unable to complete within the minute, do 15 burpees and start from 1 thruster again.
