Today is Rest Day - with a good movie and a healthy dose of sporting goods over at Velocity mall. Saw tonnes of Vibram 5 fingers, nice Nike shades (didn't know Nike made shades),2XU compression technology and plenty of other compression tights all around (like Zeet). The last 2 days I was feeling under the weather due to some 'withdrawal symptoms'! But then I got my dose back and now I'm back on my feet, at 95% recovery! Made it to the running route & the sprinting runway today after work. Had a good, powerful run & sprint session. Earning my Saturdays with the folks from Cross Fit Hub.
