Today's a pretty light WOD. No run due to the rain, but instead stopped by the monkey bars for pull ups & dips. WOD 30 pull ups 30 parallel bar dips I've got to work tomorrow, so its been the second week I've missed Cross Fit Hub. Shall do a run & sprint WOD tomorrow, if the weather stays clear!

Back to the running track for today's WOD. WOD Run 2.0km 3 sets of 100m sprints 25 pull ups 30 parallel bar dips 2 handstands Pooped out tired from working through the weekend. Thankfully I have external courses this Thur & Fri, so I might pop down to Cross Fit Hub on Friday! If not for the fact I'll be working through this weekend as well, I'd be down for both days!

Made it to the stadium for a (pretty short) WOD after work. All that work is really draining me! WOD Run 400m 15 pull ups 15 burpees Run 400m 15 pull ups 15 burpees 3 sets of 100m sprints 2 handstands Am also currently practicing my handstands, so whenever the opportunity permits, I will handstand! I am so glad that I am able to flip into one pretty easily now!

Made it down to Cross Fit Hub today and did the 'Mary' WOD! Not entirely tiring, but I am glad I am able to do handstands against the wall now. 6 days in a row of less than 7 hours of sleep a day, and working out after work equates to crashing out after work on the bed.
