Had a run, sprint session yesterday, which left me pretty tired out today. But the run was strong, fast, and good. WOD Run 2.0km 4 sets of 100m sprints WOD 40 pullups 30 parallel bar dips I'm turning in, I'm beat from the workouts and the long day at work!

Made it a barbell day for today's WOD - back to thrusters and over head squats. I want to lift heavy shit! I'll be ordering weights once the stock arrives at Jiezfit on the 8th August. Wrong food I had at lunch at work on Sunday (shit, I am working 7 days a week) lead me to this 4 days of fever, headache, flu etc. It feels really lousy to be feeling under the weather.
