Did a run & sprints after work today - the (extremely) hot sun left me very dehydrated! The 100m runway! WOD Run 1.5km 4 sets of 100m sprints 2 sets of 4x20m shuttle sprints Its so sunny & warm, it'd be nice to be at the pool, but I'm feeling too lazy for that! Today is my first session with AlumNUS Dragonboat - its great! I will be sticking onto this sport. Great people.
