Was really reluctant to run after work today as work is getting quite intense, but as usual, I'm more glad that I did the run than not. WOD Run 2.0km 2 sets of 100m sprints 1 set of 50m uphill sprint Eating grain-free, will be my upcoming goal - it'll start from the home. I hope the whole family can jump onboard with me on this:

Made it down to today's WOD at Cross Fit Hub - and did the Sissy Test. Sadly I didn't make it in the 40min time limit, but my time is better than the first time I did it. Made it for WOD at Cross Fit Hub today. Really a killer WOD. My quads are killing me now, superb! WOD 50 wall balls Rest 2 min 75 plate sit ups Rest 2 min 100 barbell thrusters Rest 2 min 125 double unders Rest 2 min 150 burpees Double unders - I still need lots of work on it. Today's a relatively 'slow' day at work due to the upcoming 'glut' in things to come, which is worrisome. Its nice to ramp up - did a WOD today with an additional 5kg per side - bringing it up to 40kg worth of bumper plates with a 8kg bar(maybe). Started with the stronger, more confident lift first - the Clean & Jerk, before heading to some Deadlifts. Am recovering from the soreness accumulated from the past 2 days' Cross Fit Hub WODs! And I must say, this feeling is brilliant.
