Made it to Cross Fit Hub today, and am really rather proud of today's effort - because I did 2 x WOD's! With the Turducken Greens at Bishan ParkHad Touch Rugby again - very muddy affair, and still pretty lousy at it. This was followed by cycling at East Coast Parkway. Found out that the guys are keen on beach volleyball one of this weekdays. Brilliant!

Had a good WOD after work at Queensway Stadium. The mid day Sun & heat really took its toll though. WOD Run 2.4km 5 bar muscle ups 5 clapping pull ups 10 pull up - burpee 2 suicide runs 3 sets of lying start, 50m sprints 5 standing broad jumps This is what you get when you swing from bar to bar, both hands at a time.
