Back again for some time onshore - the European food they serve 3 times a day onboard is really killing me. The only good thing about it is - tonnes of good meat & protein. Did a run & sprints after work today - the (extremely) hot sun left me very dehydrated! The 100m runway! WOD Run 1.5km 4 sets of 100m sprints 2 sets of 4x20m shuttle sprints Its so sunny & warm, it'd be nice to be at the pool, but I'm feeling too lazy for that! Getting annoyed again by how work is turning out - which reinforces one of the few important lessons my colleague reminded us of - trust no one but yourself. And all that just suddenly made me tired out, hence, the below average workout today.
