So true, isn't it. Makes me want to roll my eyes. Finally, the really awful aches and sores have faded to an amount which allows me to workout pretty normally. Today is Rest Day, still sore from the last Cross Fit Workout. Shall be having one great dinner with the Girlfriend later! I'm terribly hungry these days due to the increase in workouts. Growing?
