I was just surfing around for Asus Eee PC prices when I came across this offer @ BIZGRAM (a shop at Sim Lim Square). In my opinion, that’s really a good price for the Asus Eee PC. Too bad I don’t have spare cash with me now to splurge on it. Do check this out!

I was thinking of re-contracting my plan with Starhub since it was expiring. Furthermore, Starhub gave me a voucher for any handset purchase if I sign-up with them again. I was intending to get a smartphone, for many reasons, but just couldn’t find a relatively inexpensive and a stable one. However, I had my eyes ...

Looking through the list, some of these gadgets brought back bitter-sweet memories. Remember those days when it was unbearably funny to see your friends talking on their cool “N-Gage”? No doubt the concept of a portable gaming mobile phone was plausabile but what’s with placing the phone microphone at the side of the device? What ...

With the recent release of Ubuntu 9.10 - Karmic Koala, there have been posts on problems getting the Huawei USB dongles to work. After doing a simple search, it seems that this problem lies with a bug in the kernel and bug fixes are on the way. For the meantime, here are two ways to ...

Looking at the pictures, you can’t really tell the difference between the 700, 900 and the 1000. Not unless you take a look at it side-by-side. The Asus 1000 carries a larger 10″ LCD screen, thus allowing the ultra-portable PC to have a larger, less cramped keyboard. However, a larger screen size would mean an ...

This is the basic of all “hacks”. Schaps AdvanceConfig and PHM Registry editor are the two basic tools you’ll need to tweak that sluggish smartphone of yours. Here’s a guide to install the two tools and use them to tweak your HTC Touch Diamond.First, you’d need to download the files from the links I’d created. ...

I would neither go into detail about the recent sex scandals (this is a tech blog anyway) nor post any links to the pictures (I’m sure those looking for it already has copies of them in their HDD). In fact, I’m not even sure why it is made into such a big fuss? (Haven’t you ...

The initial release of the Light Saber application for the Touch Diamond lacked graphics and animation. Well, the people from xda-developers got the end-users’ feedbacks and started on newer versions of the light saber application.
