Women are at their loudest when they're lonely. This is also true with dogs. Now you know why they call them bitches. Older women are the easiest to have casual affairs with. Because without youth, she can cast no spells. Women who bark at a gentleman will lick the boots of an asshole. Why do older women DESPISE beautiful young women? It's because they have the potential …

The innocent nice girl is often the horniest and most un-innocent. Many women do not marry for love. Women would rather share a successful man than be attached to a faithful loser. Most divorces end up with the man cherishing the woman but the woman detesting the man. Many women consider your looks, your career and what you can offer them before your integrity and character.

A 105-year-old virgin was in the news recently, saying that no sex is the key to having a long life.I'm like, why do you want to live so long if you can't have sex?She also said: I imagine there is a lot of hassle involved and I have always been busy doing other things. My dear nana, all you have to do is lay on the bed. You can even read a book while you're at it...

What should you do if you chanced upon the contact details of someone you had a crush on, 15+ years ago?

A very young nephew of mine had an important paper today. Unfortunately for him, he felt nauseous and vomitted halfway into the exam. Despite a gallant effort to continue after his ordeal, he did not manage to complete his paper.Because of this incident, his whole life could be screwed henceforth.

The world is too damn small. Or maybe it's just this island.***The significant other and I have our own inner demons to exorcise. There's no such thing as closure that requires the other person, is there? It's just a grasping attempt to relive fond memories, because the thought that you'll never have that feeling again with that person causes an empty sensation inside, and you …

Yay Palin! She did excellent and thumped Joe Biden! She was amazing! After watching that debate, it seems inevitable that McCain/Palin would win in the election. McCain and Palin are just more 'real' and I feel that they understand the issues of the common person a lot more than some Harvard elitist graduate like Obama.Palin has struggled all her life, so I'm sure she'll …

In the UK's Telegraph today was news that Hugh Hefner has to sack a few bunnies or he will go under. No money, no honey! And to compound his misery, it seems that two of his favourite bunnies may have been cheating on him. Can't blame them really... Viagra can only do so much for a droopy manhood. It does not bring back youth.

Why is it that if you reject advances from a female you are called a selfish bastard, when the selfish thing would have been to devour her like a sacrificial lamb?

Love your kids? Then don't buy them mobile phones. According to a new research from Sweden, children and teenagers are five times more likely to get brain cancer if they use mobile phones. As an extremely late adopter of mobile phones, I guess I can say 'I told you so'. Perhaps now there will be less people questioning why I don't bring my mobile phone out with me.

A colleague treated me to this hot dog from 7-11 for lunch today. Unfortunately, the taste of the hot dog was obscured by the cheese, sauce and onion bits, but this meal was probably as American as you can get.

I was asked by a colleague to join him for a strip club outing tonight. That's the second time in five days I've been invited. I politely declined. I'm not really a fan of paying good money to get my dick hard with no happy endings. There's so much free porn on the Internet that you wonder why people will want to pay for titillation. I guess there's just no substitute for …

From today's Independent: If the external pressures to marry have declined, the inner ones remain strong. Marriage still has an enduring magic. Even in recessions a high proportion of income continues to be spent on weddings, and the fairytale elements of the veil and white dress persist across the social scale; indeed there is very little difference in how different classes …

I just found out that the ex is getting married. It's definitely something I don't need to know. But now that I do, I don't know what to think really.  One thing's for certain: She has moved on, and I'm on my way. She deserves all the happiness she can get, and I sincerely wish her all the best. May she keep to her vows this time.

September 15 could be the start of some really bad times. Lehman Brothers, Merrill Lynch and AIG all on troubled waters. And according to this report, there is a 70% probability of an attack on Iran by October 2008. I just thank my lucky stars that I'm not in any kind of long-term debt. For people like me, the next few years are a great time to pick up an asset or two...

I chanced upon the Friendly Toast Cafe on one of my walkabouts along the beach. I had been looking for a place that serves English breakfasts, and finally hit paydirt with this cafe: It has a rather cosy feel to it, doesn't it? The paintings on the walls are available for purchase, but I didn't ask who did them. The proprietor's little girl saw me taking pictures, and …

Peckish for some seafood, I walked to a nearby seafood place called Shells. They had some interesting items on the menu but I settled for their 'famous' Rockin Shrimp (USD$7.99) and Shrimp Pasta (USD$7.99) - recommended to me by the waitress. The Rockin Shrimp was a great appetizer, really rocking! It was a big plate of fried shrimps with spicy 'Thai' sauce. I'm not sure …

There's a TGIF restaurant just across the road from the hotel, but despite the proximity I didn't eat at the place until my fourth week here. I ordered a fried Mac & Cheese (USD$6.99) for my appetizer: There were six of these cubes on the rectangular plate. The fried skin was too thick I felt, while the mac & cheese inside could scald your tongue if you were not …
