I used it for about 6 weeks and saw only marginal improvement. I was treating two scars, so I wasn't about to go drop another $30 on something that wasn't working too well to begin with. I don't go for dermabrassion but exfoliation. I use papaya kojic and licorice base soap and cream which areavailable online. These work wonders. Maybe it will work on you too.Try searching it through Google 'shopaholic's bargains'

This product probably works really well but I just couldn't keep using it because it comes off in the shower and you have to keep each patch on for 3 days, take it off, wash it everyday, let it dry and then put it back on.
