Last year December I went to Malacca with my family (we booked an entire bus) for a shopping and eating trip. One of the best place we ate at was this Teo Chew restaurant. It might have something to do with the fact that it served the most fabulous Ohr Nee (yam paste) I have eaten in my life.Teo Soon Loong ChanTeo Soon Loong Chan looks like a run down shop from the outside. …
Watching Taiwanese Hokkien Drama is one of my secret pleasure. I watched through all episodes of 台湾霹雳火 (Fiery Thunderbolt) , 阿诚 (Ah Cheng), 日正当中,and other shows that show before 日正当中 that …
It may have been Thursday afternoon but it was still quite crowded. There were parts in the hall where I couldn't move at all.Still, at least for most of the time, I could get from place to place so it wasn't that bad yet. Saturday is probably going to be the worst.Photo taken from hereI was mostly going around Hall 6 as the items I wanted were sold there. It was there that I …
Twilight is coming soon to the little red dot. While you are waiting/peer pressured/forced under gun point/have no bloody clue what that shit is, why not watch and read some of these spoofs. This will make more sense if you have watch the trailer but don't let that deter you. Thankfully the food …

The Broken Kingdoms, N.K. Jemisin Not too sure why people says this book sucks. I find it pretty okay.
Batman: Year One, Frank Miller and David Mazzucchelli Can't say I liked this much. It definitely loses out to The Killing Joke.
Batman: Under the Hood, Judd Winick and Doug Mahnke Somehow different from the animated movie of the same name. There are parts where I definitely like more from the movie and parts that are excellent from the comic. Yeah. No Oliver Queen in the movie.
Once again, nothing to do with the books. Whatever, it tasted good. 16. Batman: Under the Red Hood, Judd Winick (Author) and Doug Mahnke (Illustrator) 17. Batgirl: Year One, Scott Beatty, Chuck Dixon, Marcos Martin (Illustrator), Alvaro Lopez (Illustrator) This is the comic that made me fell in love with DC's Batman universe. It's definitely not perfect but it's flaws can be overlooked with how kickass Barbara is and the great characterization. One of the better retcons. Although... Dick! Stop flirting with Barbs! >:(
