荷叶蒸河粉,红油抄手

近几年来,在新加坡开了好多富有中国风味的小吃。周末去位于牛车水的 Hotel Re! 做脚底按摸后,路经 Pearls Centre 的一家小吃店。炒河粉就吃的多,荷叶蒸河粉就没吃过。上面淋入鸡肉和香菇汤汁。$3.50味道还可以, 份量很多。如果是新鲜的荷叶,肯定会更香。红油抄手看起来很辣,其实并不辣。$3.50味道就马马乎乎了。
