marriott hotel dinner buffet
A dinner buffet treat @ Marriott Hotel’s Crossroad cafe, from my internship boss, Desmond.I was late, reached there around 9pm, which is 1 hour before the buffet ends, and the rest has been there since 7pm! Luckily the rest didn’t complain because they are enjoying the yummy food.I didn’t take the pictures of the buffet spread because I am not sure if photography is allowed and was trying my best to utilise the buffet spread since I only got 1 hour to chiong! ;P Besides, it wouldn’t be nice if I didn’t since my ex-boss is footing the bill, I heard it not cheap.The spread skewed toward western style but with a good balance of the Asian and local cuisine. I like the Japanese spread because I am a sucker for fresh sashimi. The sashimi is uber fresh and it doesn’t have that fishy smell. I ate quite a big serving.
