exercise day! march 9 2008
whew! Did so much exercise today! I'm still sweating! I did some short work-outs first. I did 4 minutes abs workout and 4 minutes booty workout. Then I did some strength exercises, which also made me sweaty if I might say. Funny SparkPeople doesn't count the calories wasted in strength training.
