Was chatting with a long time friend. She mentioned something about her becoming more and more pessimistic after some bad things happening to her. Not sure about all of you but for me I was born a pessimistic person therefore I joined the IT line. It suits me well to be in the IT line, in my humble opinion for whatever role whatever system you are in, you should always be thinking about possible failures that can happen, therefore the need for you to be pessimistic. Does anyone share the same observations as me? Do let me know whether the majority of your colleagues/friends are they optimistic, or pessimistic?
