Workout Of The Day - 4th January 2011

Been working through the weekend, and into the late nights, so I fell pretty ill and went on working - hence it took me nearly 4 days to recover from this bout of sickness. Today I'm pretty much back on my feet and I'm able to have my WOD again! WOD 95 weighted push ups 20 squat cleans 20 push presses I am really hoping to have a day off this weekend! I want to WOD, eat & sleep heavily!
