Workout Of The Day - 31st December 2010
Last day of the year, and am working through the weekend, and falling ill from it which means I'll not only miss my WOD's when Crossfit Hub is back on the 1st of Jan, but also a 'lesser will' for me to WOD. WOD 90 weighted push ups 10 barbell thrusters 10 squat cleans Wish I can have just more free time and not slog my hours away like that. And I really need a long session under the Sun.
