Workout Of The Day - 29th July 2010

Made it a barbell day for today's WOD - back to thrusters and over head squats. I want to lift heavy shit! I'll be ordering weights once the stock arrives at Jiezfit on the 8th August. Probably another 20kg more - that'll bring the current arsenal up from 30kg to 50kg. WOD 30 barbell thrusters 20 overhead squats 30 push ups 30 air squats
