Workout Of The Day - 20th February 2011
Had a good WOD after work at Queensway Stadium. The mid day Sun & heat really took its toll though. WOD Run 2.4km 5 bar muscle ups 5 clapping pull ups 10 pull up - burpee 2 suicide runs 3 sets of lying start, 50m sprints 5 standing broad jumps This is what you get when you swing from bar to bar, both hands at a time. This feels so Grok!
