Workout Of The Day - 19th February 2011
Its back to work, and work is really getting dreadful. No chance to head to Cross Fit Hub for WOD as I'll be returning to work over the weekend too. I've not been to Cross Fit Hub for nearly a month! It really feels frustrating to not even do the thing I enjoy once a month. Note to self: This is just a job. Smiley face. There, I feel better already! WOD 2 rounds of 20 weighted push ups (10kg) 20 pull ups 5 front squats (40kg) Its Just Exercise Part I - Exercise. What does it mean to you? Its my 'me' time. Its Just Exercise Part II - Ditto. Activo.sg - sleds, kettlebells, O'bars, bumper plates - everything Cross Fit you need in Singapore. A wonderful find!
