Today's WOD & Warmup can probably be one of the best I had so far in Cross Fit Hub. Warm Up Run up to 12th floor Run up to 9th floor Run up to 6th floor Run up to 3rd floor WOD 10 rounds for time 3 thrusters 6 pull ups 9 push ups (Cross Fit Games 2010 standard) Wheelbarrow with your partner in between each round. I have just purchased a door mounted pull up bar, and my WOD's at home will take 1 big step forward from tomorrow onwards!
