Why manager get higher pay
After IPT now come work... seem like I can never get the chance to rest. I dun mind chiong abit since I am still young but the $ I am getting for my work is really to little compared with the scope which I need to perform.Plus now I finally understand why managers are paid highly. It is not just because they have more experiences or what but because managers deal with another type of stress which engineers do not experience. For engineers mainly just need to stress over datelines and how to solve the problem. But for a manager things are pretty different. Managers may not need to worry too much on the technical side but in meetings with customers they will need to think how to answer the customer questions in a split of a second and yet the answer should not offend the customer nor cost any disadvantage to the manager. Also whatever decision the manager made he will be held responsible for it and whether his team of engineers will follow his instructions or not also matter greatly.For engineers who still thi
