White-chan on CNY - When museums got free admission!
When during Chinese New Year, everything is expensive and everywhere is crowded. Yes, by right everyone should be busy visiting, but sometimes we need a break from those yearly "Got boyfriend/girlfriend already?", "When are you getting married?", "When are you going to have a baby?", "When are you going to have a fifth child?" questions from overly concerned or noisy or simply-noting-else-t o-do relatives. Go to movies? Good idea, but everyone else is doing the same thing and anyway this is the time when bad movies could sell. Go shopping? Hello? The shops still closed lah! Unless you want to go Mustafa. So the next best thing to do is to go visit museums! You can take the opportunity to get smarter, and more importantly it's FREE!
