White-chan in Paris - Galeries Lafayette shopping
Notre Dame Cathedral might not be the most famous cathedral in France, but definitely is a MUST-GO in Paris. The Gothic architecture design is beautifully detailed and reminded White-chan of the Hunchback! And the best part? It's FREE admission! Muahahahah! White-chan don't know why but the Paris Opera in French is Palais Garnier. You know? The Opera in The Phantom of the Opera is this Opera leh! Power sia! But seems like they're more popular with ballets than operas here. Galeries Lafayette is THE place to shop in Paris. Actually last time they were in Orchard too, but I think no business so chup lup already. Maybe too atas? Anyway, they are really huge here in Paris, like the Isetan in Tokyo, different separate buildings selling different things, one building selling ONLY women clothing... Anyway, we went to the Longchamp, where the bags there are supposed to be so much cheaper than Asia, and we had a long shopping list. And so, as expected, there was also a long Asian queue outside the shop. DO
