Untying The Ping.sg Knot

The recent developments in the ping.sg community has affected me greatly. Can't believe that the incident started unraveling only 3 days ago. So many posts, comments, forum postings were made in the short span. Contrary to some beliefs, the incident had in fact split the ping.sg community into many fragments. Unhappiness over Daphne's postings were talked about in msn, plurks and private plurks even prior to DK's banning. Many of the early ping.sg members who are friends with Daphne chose to keep their views private and I understand their decision. But it hurts me to see the community being torn apart, a community which I've been a member since its first day. It was so painful that I wanted to take an unscheduled length of hiatus from blogging and from ping.sg. Yes, it was that hurting! But after a private plurk session with a fellow long-time ping.sg member, she had convinced me to stay a while longer and this is my sincere entry in suggesting a solution for the ping.sg community closing this chapt
