Twitter.com been down very often for the past weeks stretching for as long as a day or two unable to even visit its main page. This is a sign of it growing big unable to scale it within a short time. A good problem actually when the user based grows but a bad one if it continues for too long, as the newer generations of users are more impatience and more impulsive.They will look for alternatives very quickly. They move just as quick as the internet moves in the cyberspace, aggressively looking for their feeds to their addicts. It is not easy keeping up with these group of 'customers' although Twitter is not entirely making money.But the level of demand will be just as great, paying or no-paying 'customers'. This is the scary part cos when someone is so used to it free or not, there is a certain expectations there. I am not exactly sure what is Twitter's direction in its business but it cant go on forever giving the service for free, there should be certain degree of making the investment back. Least to co
