Trip to Lake Tahoe!
Tuesday before New Venture Creation Lesson: Everybody was discussing their holiday plans for the Labour Day long weekend excitedly. Shao Rong asked me where I wanted to go. I replied “My colleague recommended me to go to Lake Tahoe. I was thinking of taking the train there this weekend and to come back on Sunday. I was pretty taken aback when he mentioned he wanted to go there also. Thursday night: Christine will be joining us. Shao Rong has planned most of the stuff for the trip - He bought the tent and necessary camping items from Walmart, and food for our journey. Saturday morning: We set off for Tahoe. We had a tough time searching for camp-sites (since we didn’t book before hand) and we were really lucky to have found a campground at Inspiration Point Vista. We waited for Alan (of whom his friends had abandoned him at the last minute) and Julian who joined us for the BBQ campfire we had that night.
