According to the latest update to Happiness Index of the several countries in the world, Costa Ricans occupied the top slot. There are some other countries like Denmark, where people are more happy than peers of other countries. Bhutan measures Gross Happiness Product as the standard of living of their people. Though Bhutanese economy is is just a miniscule, 68% of its people claim they are happy. There king takes care of total education and health of all its citizens.
