TeaHaven Reloaded
TeaHaven was a project that we did for our maketing subject in ntu, last semester.. basically, the idea is very similar to Starbucks concept.. but instead of selling coffee, we intended to sell tea (different flavours such as green tea, jasmine tea, mango tea, etc.. and different origins such as korean tea, japanese tea, sri-lanka tea, etc..) and tea-related products (tea cake, tea-flavoured egg tarts, etc..) we even gave our products some eye-catching names like tantalising chick, picasso's masterpiece, aliens from pluto, e=mc2, etc.. it was really fun working on the project with my project mates.. we put in a lot of effort.. we made a feild trip to sniff out the potential competitors.. we even designed a logo.. (Putu, tks a lot..) we wrote strategic plans to collaborate with Health Promotion Board, California Fitness, Sentosa Spa, etc.. we even proposed to donate 5% of profit to charity - Make a Wish foundation and Children's Cancer foundation..
