You can go around the blogsphere and I assure you that amongst the local bloggers, quite a handful are authors of blogs that highlight the difficult issues and the miserable plight of Singaporeans. They rant on the rising in costs, petrol, taxes and increasing ERP gantries. They rave on the harsh pace of working life, the low salary and the poor treatment they received a their workplace. Some touch on the poor conditions of their homes, the plight of their families and the struggles to make their ends meet. Interesting stuff to read no doubt. To be honest, I even find some of the reads here pretty intelligent and opinionated.
