Slow Internet!!!!

Ok... I turned on my computer this morning and then wah lah, the websites are running slow. I don't know whether it is Singtel Mio's fault or it is browser fault. I could use eMule and Safari (not that I want to use, but my brother had it installed) also could not be used... But then again, it was a momentary issue... The slowness in the HTTP protocol was resolved somehow... lol...
