Submitted by Michaelangelo:"The Car with plate number in subject caused a 2 minute jammed along Hougang Ave 3, during the rush hour at around 8am on Jan 24, 2008, when the driver decided to cross lane between a double white lines. He not only did not signal and blocked one passable lane for about 2 minutes, he and his passenger were rude enough to come out of their car to confront a van driver who horn at him for blocking the lane. I guess a number of road users were disgusted by driver’s behaviour. Too bad, my mobile phone with camera was kept in my briefcase and is in the trunk, otherwise, could have video the whole incident. Hope that hooligan is not a Singaporean."
