Redesigning YouTube

YouTube has always been one of the sites I visit several times a day on a daily basis and I have watch it evolve and grow. One thing that strikes me as a designer is that how the homepage looks each time they have a redesign. The design revisions never appear finished and polished to me and often had me feeling if much thought had been put into aesthetics and to a certain degree, usability.
