It is weird to experience heartache on the first day of CNY. It is even weirder to suddenly realize, while having the heartache, that this pain is actually physically felt at the chest area. So while a part of me was dwelling over the emotional pain, the other part of me was utterly fascinated by how it felt physically, so much so that I had a hand over my heart and pressing the muscles (and rib-cage) above it. And then I continued my daily activities with a devotion.
