Submitted by Aaron:"There is this group of malay kids that love to play their heavy metal music from their bicycles installed with music box cycling around the HDB flats near to the bukit panjang shopping centre. They are so inconsiderate when it is already 2 to 3 am in the morning cycling around the neighbourhood shouting over their music."
