Ping.sg Meetup #2
Chris and I went for Ping.sg Meet Up #2 at Essential Brew in Holland Village. It was exasperating getting a parking space here. This place is teeming with lots of people. There were so many cars waiting to park. Finally we got one lot. It was slightly passed 8 when we met the ping.sg group in the cafe's function room. There were only uzyn, dk, tstar, rinaz, ridz and clapping tree. They had finished their dinners and were waiting for us. After the initial introductions, we settled down for dinner.Ebie, one of the owners of the cafe, came in with glasses of Strawberry Panna Cotta and a Plateau Serenade, which is an ice cream bombe made specially with Hazelnut Crunch and Macadamia Supreme ice cream set upon a crunchy base!
