Orchard Road has a Flash Flood (Pics Included!)
I played the "good girl" role and went to bed early last night for I planned to head down to Orchard Road for an exciting and wonderful afternoon of shopping... Only to checked from my Twitter timeline about Orchard Road is FLOODED!!!? Shocking, right? I wondered what Environment Minister Yaacob Ibrahim has to say as this old newspaper article explained "Why Orchard Road will never flood...". But hey it IS flooding right now.
