My girlfriend is Man U's biggest fan
It all became clear to me last night while watching the Man U vs Roma game.There I was, mumbling about how boring the game is and how unexpected the squad was, making me lose money blah blah blah.... Then she suddenly stood up, clapping her hands above her head and ALMOST shedding a tear.I looked at the screen and saw Gary Neville (who was injured for 3/4 of the season) coming onto the pitch. Then I look at her and STILL see her standing up clapping. I swear to you she thought she was in THE stadium...I mean, I always suspected she was really a fan when she could rattle off names to jersey numbers (youngsters incl.) and cried everytime Man U lose. But this standing ovation thing really takes the cake...So I officially vote her for bestest Man U fan in SG. And also for "Girls-do-the-darndest-things" award....
