My Brownie
My new name is Lawson, as in Nigella Lawson. I just baked a freaking intact unburnt brownie, with my own hands! Okay I'm excited because I don't bake usually. I'm barely in the kitchen, unless I'm scavenging for food. The last time I attempted to make a tiramisu, the end product bears a closer resemblance to digested cereal. So this brownie really make me want to dawn on an apron, put up my arms up to embrace nature, like how Julie Andrews does it when she belts "the hills are alive..." My brownie taste awesome. Rich in chocolate. Great texture. I served the brownies to my parents and Bryan with Dreyer's choc ice-cream. They can't stop raving about it. I've a confession to make too. I used Betty Crocker's Brownie Mix. Still, you can call me Lawson. Right?
