Movie review: Gulliver's Travels
Gulliver's Travels Duration: about 90 minutes. Synopsis: Travel writer Lemuel Gulliver takes an assignment in Bermuda, but ends up on the island of Liliput, where he towers over its tiny citizens. My views: i love this movie! it's humorous, funny, very laughable. i enjoyed this movie a lot, although it's not fantabulous, but surely it made me felt relaxed, and that was all i needed. im glad i chose this movie. may not be the best Jack Black movie, but i personally feel that this movie is very watchable, a nice family movie for the upcoming long weekend, perfect for unwinding, nothing too heavy and with lots of laughter. one of the main reasons i was looking forward to this was because of Marshal Erikson! Jason Segel's role is so... Erikson! i especially love the bond between Segel and Jack Black, their expressions, gestures, everything! although the story isnt quite similar to what we read in our primary school textbook back then, it's still pretty good. something between a 3.5 to 4 from me. Ratings: 3.5
