Lara Stone Suing French Playboy For Publishing Unauthorized Nude Photos

Dutch supermodel Lara Stone is not happy with Playboy. She is now suing the French version of the magazine for publishing unauthorized nude pictures of her in the June 2010 issue. Stone will be going against both Playboy and photographer Greg Lotus legally for using nude photographs of her without permission. "Playboy had no right to publish these unauthorized photographs," she said. "It's not the kind of publication I would ever choose to appear in. I feel I have no option but to take steps to protect my reputation." The magazine published the photos last month after they were taken a year ago by photographer Greg Lotus, but Lara says she never allowed Playboy France to publish them. The Daily Mail report: "The Dutch model, who is married to British comedian David Walliams, said the magazine had 'no right' to publish the pictures, which include topless snaps, last month.
