Lamb Pie Dinner
Wow! the lamb stew pie sure tasted as good as it looks! everyone was happy. needless to say, my son was again chomping away happily. even wiped off the last drop of gravy from his plate. since i have to watch my diet, i merely took a piece each of the lamb, carrot, celery and potato without the nice fluffy pastry pie top. well... it is the joy of watching my family eat so happily that makes my day!Shall give the oven a rest today. OH YEAH!! electricity price increase effective today!!!! Haih, now my new found baking fun will have to slow down. wonder what happens if puff pastry is fried instead?
