Ice Cream Making Workshop!
31 July 2011 (Sun) Amazingly, I was half an hour earlier! AMAZING RIGHT! AMAZING RIGHT! AMAZING RIGHT! While I was so early.. Breakfast Time~ Chocolate milk.. *Sob sob* Aching teeth and gums.. (And ya, I was still feeling a bit slpy.. *Semi-opened eyes*) Finally it was time for the workshop to start! Elise.. Acting like a hardworking student! LOL! In fact, everyone was taking down notes.. Except me! Ai zai! No need take notes 1 lah! Sugar + Water + Mango Puree and then put into ice cream maker machine.. TADA! YUMMY! I love mango sorbet!! :D Our turn! Making milo ice cream instead.. *Sianz 1/2* Finished doing the mixture and the teacher put into the freezer~ (I realised I'm actually quite zai with cooking lor! Wahaha! Simple task like separating the egg yolk.. Wasnt that simple to the others wor! Wow! Couldn't help feeling like a pro while I was doing it.. Muahaha!) Ok, next we do the Cookies 'n' Cream ice cream!
