I hate CNY.
Its a dumb festival nowadays. Relatives meet up for the sake of meeting up. Once they all gather, parents will try to act smart, show that they have control over their kids. Then they will compare, everything to their children's result to how big their new home is. When children are left alone, they behave like strangers. Can't blame them, they actually only meet once a year. Who goes around visiting relatives unless they wanna borrow money anyway? I don't know for you people, but the angbao i get is getting lesser and lesser over the years. There goes my last reason for celebrating CNY. Trying to shun the festival this year. Hope i will succeed.
